I am the founding partner of Ceg Legal, S.C., which renders highly specialized legal services to entities and individuals in corporate law, aviation law, among other fields of law. I have advised entities and individuals from a wide variety of industries that include: aerospace, automotive, energy, molds and dies, pharmaceutical industry, steel, among others.
My professional and academic background
Over the past seventeen years, I have developed my practice in the field of corporate law and contracts, as well as aviation law. I have advised foreign and Mexican entities and individuals on a broad range of matters, including cross border and domestic transactions, trust agreements, joint venture deals, secured loans, mergers and acquisitions with a multijurisdictional approach, due diligence processes and real estate contracts.
I earned earned my law degree from the Autonomous University of Queretaro under the choice of excellence GPA.
I hold a master’s degree in advanced studies in air and space law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
I studied the Columbia Summer Program in American Law from Columbia University in partnership with Leiden University and Amsterdam University.
I also hold a master’s degree in law and pursued a postgraduate program in corporate law from the Autonomous University of Queretaro, among other studies.
I like to participate in academic and business activities. I regularly lecture on corporate and aviation law.
Before founding Ceg Legal, S.C., I worked for several years in a top law firm in Mexico and did an internship in a leading Dutch law firm in the corporate and aviation law team.
I am an active member of Coparmex Queretaro, and the vice president of the National Association of Business Lawyers, Queretaro Chapter.
I have been an author of papers and articles published in specialized magazines and journals.
